Storage – $200 beginning Jan 1, 2025 must pay in the office by  Jan 1 and receive a sticker to put on your item before putting in storage.

Extended Stay rate of $30.00 per nights after 3 months Extra person $5.00 per night or $100.00 per month

Passport America accepted May-October @ 50% off daily rate, 14 day maximum

Regular sites have a concrete patio and are various sizes Rates subject to change without notice. Site rent is due 1^st of each month. Please note a late fee of $25.00 if rent is 10 days past due.

Residents are reminded that rental payment and other invoices are due the first of each month. Charges will be prorated if your arrival or departure does not coincide. A late fee of $25.00 will be added if payment is not made within 10 days, unless prior arrangements have been arranged with management.
